Swingsters

A group of girls untiring
Some short and some tall:
Pat Trahan is their Captain
Numbering thirty-six in all.
Come Summer you will find them
Doing kicks and splits galore;
With Charlene Arnold to guide them
With their dances by the score.

When football commences in the fall
Viewed by many P.A. Fans;
On the field come one and all
Leading the "Maroon and Gold Band".
When the season is over at last -
These talented girls take their stand
with woodwinds, percussions and brass
To work with the concert band.
Led by capable John L. Badgett,
A leader most faithful, they say.
